Toggle accounts for calendar view.

Feature Request

I would like an option to be able to toggle which accounts are visible in the calendar view. I have multiple off-budget accounts that I use simply for tracking purposes for a full financial picture. Currently the calendar shows all transactions across all accounts, but I would mainly like it to show only transactions from on-budget accounts to get a better visual of my day-to-day cash flow.

    I also think that the calendar view would benefit from being able to toggle on / off transfers between on budget accounts and/or the ability to filter on specific categories etc.

    This would allow the ability to display only transaction that are classified as actual spending.

    I see no real benefit to displaying the two transfer transactions e.g +100 / -100 that net out to 0 between two on budget bank accounts.
