Add a Hide or Inactivate Payee option

Would it be possible to add a feature to hide a payee from the payee dropdown list by setting it to inactive? This way its sort of archived when working with transactions.

I have payees from vacations or business trips where I'd like their name to be displayed when searching or viewing old transactions or viewing reports and I don't need to see them in the payee list when adding/editing transactions.

I don't want to delete/merge the payees because then I'd likely need the payee names added to the transaction notes as it can be important for historical reasons like reimbursement for a business trip.This is a feature in YNAB that I am used to using.

In Zerosum, it would be even cooler if on the Manage Payees screen if there was a toggle for something like active vs inactive payees. This would be even better than what YNAB offers. The last used date on the Payee screen is awesome by the way. Something YNAB doesn't have. :)

    Or have a setting to archive inactive payees (which havent been used in the past x days/months/years). And then a toggle to only show active payees. I have something like 2000 payees I think?

    A compromise could be to add option to insert payee name into note when deleting or merging payee with an existing one? I also have several random payees I would like deleted from when I used to tag each individual one even when traveling abroad so would love to merge a lot of those into a ‘Travel Dining out’ payee that I now use for random vendors I will never use again but still keep the detail in note.
